Recruiting Young Board Members

As board members age, it’s important for the board to consider the challenges and opportunities inherent in recruiting younger members. The good news is that this pool of potential board members has a lot to offer.

The 16 tools in "New Voices at the Table:  Welcoming the Next Generation of Board Leaders" -- a downloadable PDF from BCLTA partner BoardSource -- will provide your board with the resources it needs to recruit the leaders of the future.

BoardSource members:  $29  Non-members:  $43
