Call for Nominations and Conference 2015
It's that time of year again, when upcoming Association activities -- and their associated deadlines -- rapidly approach.
These include the call for nominees to the BCLTA board of directors, the call for nominations for the BCLTA annual awards, and registration for the annual conference.
We look forward to working with you as we prepare for the AGM and all the related Conference 2015 events this coming May.
Member Dues and Contact Updates
As of February 1, a new fiscal year has begun for your association. Membership dues invoices, including a contact update request form, have been emailed to each library board chair, with a copy to the respective chief librarian. Please submit your updates and payment by March 6.
Both contact updates and invoice payment can be made online by clicking on the link in your emailed notice (or entering the link into your browser). If you have any questions about online payment, your dues, or how to update your library's contact information, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Annual Awards Nominations
Is there a trustee on your Board or someone associated with your library whose service and commitment is truly "above and beyond"? Do you know a trustee who has made a real difference to library services in your region or at the provincial level? BCLTA is currently accepting applications for three awards for outstanding library trustees and library supporters.
The deadline for 2015 awards nominations is March 31.
