TOP Workbook and Webinars
For those unable to attend a live TOP workshop in person, BCLTA has produced a two-part webinar series covering some of the key components of our Trustee Orientation Program. This webinar series is designed to support trustees in their understanding of BC's public libraries and in their ability to govern effectively in the rapidly-changing library sector. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the TOP Workbook.
These two webinars examine the roles, responsibilties and structure of public libraries in British Columbia to help participants become more effective board members.
BCLTA members can access the TOP Workbook and Webinar by logging into the Members' area and clicking on "TOP Workbook and Webinars" in the listings located on the left side of the page.
